'm steady client of taxi services in Cali, so I am witness to the customer service offered by different companies. As I have
clear that I am the client, I'm in my right to ask for quality service. Thus kindly request the change from a fixed station or music if you do not like.
Most, with few exceptions, agree to my request and change the station or volume will fall, others rise up and claim that the taxi is theirs and can do whatever they want.
True, the taxi is theirs, but public service, so that is not only to transport a client from one place to another but comfort.
remember once, very early, at about 7 am, I went to the University of Westminster, well south of Cali, and since I took the taxi driver asked him to change the station because I hated everything outside of football commentary. The driver lowered volume. I asked again change the station to which he refused even though I did see that I was the client.
Finally, the truth of the matter is that I got off the taxi and took another service.
